At Saag Agro, we typically don’t accept returns or refunds once an order is confirmed. But we get that sometimes things don’t go as planned and we’re here to help.

Got a damaged product?

  • Let us know within 4 days from when you received it by sending us an email at Info@saagagro.com. Make sure to include your order number, a picture of the invoice, a picture of the outer box, and two clear photos of the damaged product.
  • If your order had more than one item, only the product that is damaged can be returned and replaced. We’ll be more than happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
  • Please note we cannot accept returns if the taste is not up to your liking.

Missed a product in your order? 

  • Contact us within 2 days from the delivery date via email. Include your order number, a photo of the invoice, a picture of the outer box, and two clear photos of the opened box along with all the items you received. We may not be able to refund in this case, but we’ll make sure to send you the missing product.

In all scenarios, we promise to get back to your email within a day or two and provide all the help we can. We’re all about working together with our customers to find a solution that’s fair and friendly.
